Revitalization of Buzzards Bay's main drag has been a long time coming, "But just off Main Street, at 25 Perry Ave., a group of developers sees the opportunity to turn Buzzards Bay into a "destination," starting with a $55 million mixed-use complex that would rise from four to seven stories above the Cape Cod Canal." The initial residential units and restaurant would be "followed by a 100-room hotel and conference center and then more residential and retail space on 15 acres across from Bourne Town Hall."
