In L.A.'s already well-mansion'd Bel Air district, Los Angeles' largest house is about to be built. Developers have already demolished the existing house and tennis court, and are now getting the foundation ready for the new 70,187-square-foot main house—not to mention the cantilevered tennis court, guesthouse, and "other appurtenant structures." It's not as large as the Florida's behemothic and beleaguered Versailles, though the mansion will ultimately list "in the $150M-plus range." Stay tuned. [Curbed LA; previously]
