In an interview with Nuvo Magazine, Bjarke Ingels clarifies that Vancouver's upcoming Beach and Howe Tower doesn't actually twist, contrary to the media's designation of it as a "twisting tower." Architecture, however, is like a game of Twister, according to the BIG-founding built-world wunderkind: "as you increase the demands, the stand-up pose no longer suffices and you find yourself in back-bending shapes with your face rubbing up against body parts of other players and it becomes fun and exciting."
