Architect and philanthropist Jon L. Stryker has received a whopping $42.9M for a pair of Palm Beach homes designed by Marion Sims Wyeth, one of which Stryker bought from lost-shaker-of-salt-seeking crooner Jimmy Buffet for $18.5M in 2010.
