Wellfleet Two-Family in the National Seashore Asks $869K

Kicking off the week with a Multi-Family Monday listing by way of Wellfleet is this two-for-one in the National Seashore.

Per the listing, the three acre property features two separate abodes, one older than the country and the other about a century-old, give or take a year or 14:

Peace and beauty reign in the well maintained 1753 farmhouse with its wide wood floors, warm eat-in kitchen, front to back parlor and large private bedrooms. Next door an artist's heart will be captured by its sister home; a two bedroom, turn of the century cottage/studio with broad high ceilings and a soaring picture window filled with Seashore woods and bright, north light. Alas, no buyers hearts have been captured thus far. First listed back in November 2012 for an even million dollars, 350 Pamet Point Road has since taken three meetings with the PriceChoppper. An April 2013 slice brought the ask down to $899,000, followed by a September sliver to $889,000, and most recently, a February shaving that took the price tag to the current $869,000.
