Developers just unleashed the first visuals of Pritzker winner Tadao Ando's first New York project, an eight-apartment complex in Manhattan's Nolita neighborhood. The building will be seven stories, and the apartments—the largest of which will measure 5,000 square feet—all come with "bespoke interiors" by Gabellini Sheppard. The verdict? Well, Curbed commenters call it "extremely sexy" and "simplicity and elegance done right. So clean you can eat off of it!" Have a look. [Dezeen via Curbed NY]
