Curbed NY has an early look at NYC's Cotel, the world's first-ever design-crowdsourced hotel. Renderings by voter favorites Pierre Levesque and Vianney Lacotte show a trendy and highly cohesive look for the space, which is no small feat when it comes to such communal projects. It also helps, though, that the building has such a cool, glassy new addition by famed city architect Winka Dubbeldam. More on the revolutionary project, right this way. [Curbed NY; previously]
