Tall Order of Much-Needed Revisions Seeks $1M Short Sale

Celebration, Fla.'s hottest club is this circa-2007 six-bedroom. It's got everything: dueling zebra and leopard-print decor, classic portraits of Audrey Hepburn in whitewashed antique frames, taxidermied bucks mounted on mirrors above brooding black fireplaces. OK, so it's not actually a nightclub, but it could easily be confused for one. That, or a luxury suite decorated by recovering mall goths. Though there's black-painted floors, walls, bannisters, and a lot else besides, a noir-ish Architectural Digest spread this is not. Featured on Looney Listing as a suburban embodiment of the "Full Spectrum Retina-Burning Decor" this 5,295-square-foot home is looking for a short sale at $1,059,000. According to the listing, the chandeliers, custom lighting, drapes, and window treatments "DO NOT CONVEY." So at least there's that.
