In an effort to boost flagging sales, KFC just redesigned 130 of their Chinese branches, working to inject "American southern hospitality" into the setting. Says the optimistic press release, "soft lighting, colorful pictures, wood furniture, and free WiFi set a cozy tone that will bring customers into the restaurant for more reasons than just grabbing a quick bite."
