Just as rumor predicted, Heidi Klum has indeed listed her eight-bedroom, 12,300-square-foot home in L.A. for $25M, apparently more interested in renovating her newest Georgian-style property than sticking around what Curbed LA refers to as a "faux-Euro mansion." The supermodel-turned-Project Runway host and her then-husband Seal bought the place in 2010 for $14.2M, and spent the next six months customizing it with "secret" formal rose gardens, an infinity pool, a koi pond, a fancy wine vault, and even a fireplace in the library that came from Napoleon's farmhouse. The end result looks grand and stately, though maybe not homey, but seems to please Klum just fine. "I honestly felt that I was no longer in Los Angeles, but instead was strolling the gardens of a home in the south of France," says she of the listing. See for yourself, this way:
