After changing hands in 2002 for $900,000, 1222 Stony Brook Road returned to the market for a few months in 2008 looking to sell for $1,490,000. Alas, a buyer did not appear and Captain Foster's digs threw in the towel until a few weeks ago when the listing returned asking $1,050,000.
