The Quotable Rem Koolhaas

Renowned Dutch architect and OMA principal Rem Koolhaas told the Telegraph that his message with the 2014 Venice Architecture Biennale "isn't a rant. It's not negative – as an architect, you can't afford to be that." Koolhaas then went on to deliver such rant-worthy pronouncements as "architecture was at its best, perhaps, in antiquity," and "one day, your own house might betray you." [The Telegraph; previously]
