Curbed NY took the last-ever tour of One Wall Street under its current ownership, before the Bank of New York Mellon vacates it following the $585M sale of the Art Deco skyscraper. One highlight from the Ralph Walker-designed building is a disused two-story lobby called the Red Room, which features tile mosaic walls by famed muralist Hildreth Meière and a ceiling said to rival Stockholm City Hall's.
