Carlos Beltran, an outfielder for the New York Yankees, just listed his eight-bedroom mansion in Southern Florida for $4.5M. The "custom masterpiece," complete with a greenhouse and "negative-edge" pool, was built in 2004, though Beltran didn't get his hands on it until April 2013, when he paid $3.8M. Any profit, however, is negligible when one considers his three-year, $45M contract with the Yankees. [WSJ]
