Cape Cod Condos With Awesome Outdoorsy Amenities

From luxe country club living to rustic retreats, there's no shortage of Cape Cod condo communities that are chock-full of access to the great outdoors, whether man-or-nature made. Thus, here are three examples of condos with awesome outdoorsy amenities from the Upper, Lower and Outer Cape (sorry, Mid), with prices ranging from $199,000 (hello, shuffle board!) to $3,500,000.

Wychmere Shores, an oceanfront community in Harwich Port, was recently home to Cape Cod's priciest condo listing (we wrote about the 6,000-square-footer with a $4,350,000 price tag way back in 2013 before it sold this April for a still-hefty $3,500,000). There's now a new development being added to the property, Sound View at Wychmere Shores, with 13 three-bedroom, four-bath units. Owners of the 3,000-square-footers will have access to a gorgeous beach, pool, children's programs, fitness center, and a restaurant. Six of the condos are already reserved and asking prices for available units range from $1,750,000 to $2,100,000.

New Seabury was "envisioned as a garden at the shore," something of an anti-Levitt town. The community of golf- or ocean-view townhomes, single family homes and estate communities is set along 1,500 acres along Nantucket Sound. There's access to shopping, restaurant, tennis, golf, walking trails, plus other country club community-type amenities and, of course, the beach. Currently, the priciest condo listing is asking $898,900 for a furnished 2BR, 2.5BA with its own private pool. According to the listing, "This is the second phase of Promontory Point which is on the Ocean Golf Course with nice views of Nantucket Sound, two expansive fairways and the New Seabury Clubhouse."

Here's an Eastham option for the non-saltwater lovers, a woodsy waterfront condo cottage development 3294 State Highway. There's currently a pond front 2BR on the market with a $199,000 asking price, plus $272 monthly association fee.
