Construction Watch

Construction has begun on a 13-mile eastbound I-70 express lane in Colorado, a move that is meant to ease the hellish traffic on the highway corridor. The $47 million project will create a third toll lane for peak-travel times and is scheduled for completion in fall 2015. This can't come soon enough for Denver mountain commuters who are sick and tired of a 2 hour drive taking 5 hours. [Denver Post]
