Little is known of this $1.295M three-bedroom in Manhattan's Upper West Side, aside from the fact that an inordinate amount of R. L. Stine's Goosebumps novels could be set there. (Night of the Living Dummy, The Haunted Mask, and Trapped in the Circus of Fear for sure.)
