The 40-acre Leona Helmsley estate in Greenwich, Conn., will soon hit the market for $65M. When it last sold in 2010, the estate went for $35M, then a record for the highly affluent NYC suburb (though significantly less than its initial $125M ask). Since then, the owners have given the 1918 Elizabethan manor a complete overhaul, rebuilding the Ludowici tile roof and refreshing its original mahogany paneling—though it's unclear if they kept the $1M dance floor.
