1891 Atlanta Landmark With All the Fixings Wants $1.5M

Built in 1891 and home to just two residents since then, this remarkably well maintained Atlanta manse is newly on the market for $1.5M, offering what Curbed Atlanta calls a "seamless blend of historic pomp and modern convenience." Thanks to its landmark status, the 6,200-square-foot estate's been spared a number of regrettable renovations, and instead still boasts its original ornate trim, stained-glass windows, and all the "antebellum Technicolor grandeur" a buyer could possibly dream of.
