Inside Jessica Alba's Domaine-Decorated L.A. Digs

Actress Jessica Alba, the lucky duck, just got a visit from Domaine for the second time in a little over a year. Whereas before the focus was on the antiques, this time they brought a few of their own, along with a plantation chair from One Kings Lane, a Marrakech tray table by way of Pottery Barn, and a Taibei ceramic buddha head; the works basically. Yes, Domaine creative director Mat Sanders has redecorated Alba's bedroom.

↑ Alba's bedroom was a dark place, where "everything that didn't have a place or fit elsewhere in the house ended up." We won't speak of it anymore.

↑ Ah, much better. To help Alba get the room "to feel earthy and grounded, but at the same time, clean and modern," while also reflecting a recent trip she took to Istanbul, Sanders brought in Moroccan and jute rugs, Turkish pillows, a queen-size Calvin Klein Hudson poster bed, and a pair of shiny, shiny swing-arm wall sconces by Ralph Lauren.

↑ At the other end of the room sits a Live Edge coffee table and two Romeo Chairs, but there's no word on the source of the tiling on the fireplace, which is the real highlight of the space. Proceed to Domaine for all the close-ups.
