The Cannabis Club in Breckenridge is fighting to stay in its downtown location on Main Street. The shop, which first opened when the state only allowed medical marijuana, is hoping to prove that it isn't a detraction to the tourist-friendly pedestrian area of historic Breckenridge. The Breck Town Council banned pot stores downtown, but the Cannabis Club was allowed to remain until its lease expires on September 1. [Denver Post]
