A listing described as "Chicago's most eccentric home" just hit the market for $2.99M, serving up a couple million dollars worth of zany wallpaper, gilt sconces, and odd pewter sculptures. Though the 7,000-square-foot spread was built as a private residence in 1883, it's been used as the very groovy HQ for an advertising agency since the the '60s, thus (sort of) explaining the totally unlivable decor. The photos, right this way. [Curbed Chicago]
