Carrying on in China's grand tradition of architectural craziness and unabashed copycat buildings, a group of students at Shanghai's Tongji University have created collage-like cityscapes called Architecture Knock-offs. By transplanting Le Corbusier's work into the lawless Kowloon Walled city, or ripping off Shanghai's Pearl Tower and plunking it onto an Apple store, the work aims to exemplify "the paradox of copying" and its "leveling of culture." They also look really neat. [Architizer]
