Why Live Anywhere That is Not in This $375K Seattle Bungalow?

New, 1 comment

Spotted by way of Curbed Seattle's roundup of cheap homes in the city's Queen Anne district: a restored 1908 craftsman bungalow with the bay windows and sleeping loft to put it in the running for America's cutest house, less than $400K division. Inside, the $375,000 listing boasts refinished fir floors, original molding, and drop-down stairs leading into the sleeping attic. In other words: it's a place primed for one of those bohemian-hipster-modern makeovers so in vogue. All it's missing is the flannel bedding, mojave pillows, and tattered American flag.
