Provincetown 4BR With 'Mid-Century Flair' Wants $3.15M

New, 1 comment

From Edgartown to Provincetown, August is clearly a popular month to list tricked out contemporaries. This week, yet another angular abode has it the market by way of PTown and, according to the brokerbabble, the 6,346-square-footer comes "with a mid-century flair."

We're not sure where that "flair" is, probably because the place was built in 1988, but the flippers who picked up 9 Creek Round Hill Road in April 2013 for $1,600,000 certainly gave the 4BR, 4BA a full nip/tuck. Here's how the listing breaks it down:

The 45 foot living, dining and gourmet kitchen area is dramatic with a wall of windows looking out to the gorgeous views of Cape Cod Bay, Wood End Light and the ocean. Everything is brand new: systems, windows, roof, exterior cedar shingles, landscaping, irrigation, security, pool, decking, generator and more. The master suite and guest suites upstairs take full advantage of the views, and both have decks and en-suite baths. An additional guest suite on the garden level enjoys its own entrance and living area. Plenty of recreation space, with a game room, screening room, and stunning salt water heated pool. The $3,150,000 asking price makes this landlocked .34 acre property the third most expensive single family listing in town.
