The Bullitt Center, a six-story office structure in Seattle, is apparently "the world's most green building." Thanks to a 14,000-square-foot solar panel visor and triple-pane (read: über insulating) windows, it's totally energy neutral. As for water, its rainwater collecting system makes the building self-sufficient there, too.
