If This SoCal Bungalow Had Cheeks, They'd be Pinched So Hard

Perhaps somebody spoke a bit too soon when proclaiming that a rehabbed Queen Anne bungalow in Seattle was the most promising little house in all the land—less than $400K division. Curbed LA just discovered this 418-square-foot turquoise standalone shack. The circa-1922 one-bedroom, which is in "a decent neighborhood south of the 210," or so Curbed LA assures, is asking a paltry $285K, so start counting those pennies. But really, in all seriousness, a few more squee-inducing ramshackle cottages and this could probably be considered a veritable bungalow boon.
