Spotted by way of Curbed NY, this brownstone renovation in Harlem by big-deal interior designer Sheila Bridges casts "the illusion of light where it doesn't exist." Basically Bridges' "luminous palette" and "graceful" decorative touches were enough to open up the space, letting the light from either end of the house filter through the "tunnellike" living spaces. Oh, and we can't not mention the sconces, which Elle Decor describes as "exuberant." [Elle Decor via Curbed NY]
