Nab Lucille Ball's One-Time Beverly Hills Manse For $7M

New, 5 comments

Famous for housing Lucille Ball and husband Desi Arnaz while they built a more permanent home down the street, this 1926 Spanish-style mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif., is newly on the market for $6.985M. Though the brokerbabble boasts original architectural details like a formal entrance, a sunken dining room, crown moldings, and French doors—all of which are said to "retain the charm, warmth and character of the 1920's"—the home looks to have undergone significant renovations since the I Love Lucy star's days, with pretty but staged-looking interiors that one Curbed LA commenter likens to "taking a sip of a salty margarita only to discover milk." Outside, the grounds include a guesthouse, a five-car garage, and a giant pool. Check out a few shots, below, then head over to Curbed LA for the full gallery.
