Tortoisegate 2014

After weeks of controversy regarding the use of three African tortoises in an exhibit at the new Aspen Art Museum, the turtles have been relocated more than a month ahead of schedule. The museum is saying that the change occurred because Aspen weather conditions are colder than expected, but some are wondering how much the public outcry against the turtles (and the iPads attached to their shells) played a factor.
