Tech Billionaire Sells Tahoe Mansion for $20.35 Million

Photos via Eric Jarvis Photography

The Wall Street Journal has reported that Oracle billionaire Larry Ellison has sold one of his Lake Tahoe properties for $20.35 million. The property is one of the three multi-million dollar properties that Mr. Ellison had listed collectively for $28.5 million in 2013. As billionaires as predisposed to do, after Mr. Ellison purchased the 9,242-sqaure foot home, he spent three years remodeling the six bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. But for all that money, the listing photos are pretty blah: sure, the stone and wood looks nice enough, but the home lacks personality. Gorgeous views of the lake make up for the sub-par interior, and we certainly wouldn't mind calling the dock area home for this summer.
