These Unique Detroit Parking Huts Deserve Their Own Sitcom

Easily as idiosyncratic and set in their ways as Seinfeld characters, the parking huts of Detroit would nonetheless be easy to miss on a visit to the city. But as it is with European border checkpoints, former Pizza Huts, and abandoned banks, all it takes is a good photographer to highlight what's interesting about structures deemed outside the realm of significant architecture.

In that vein, here's a selection from what Curbed Detroit calls the "mismatched collection of tiny structures guarding the most precious commodity in downtown Detroit: Parking." Don't be afraid to give them little names and post Tumblr-worthy fan art in the comments.
