Foraged Foods Dinner!

The forests around Beaver Creek runneth over with wild victuals, which is why Executive Chef Bill Greenwood of Beano's Cabin forages and harvests from his on-site vegetable plot for the restaurant's epic, 8-course Garden Dinners. Make a reservation for August 10, and you'll likely find yourself gorging on wild mushrooms, and the like. Outdoor dinners every Sunday (weather permitting) through mid-September, $125, transportation included. Wine pairing is an additional $50. [Curbed Ski]
