Tom and Gisele's New Chateau is Coming Along Nicely

Mere months after putting the finishing touches on their $20M "chateau" in Southern California and offering it up to high praise from Architectural Digest, only to sell it to Dr. Dre for a whopping $40M, Patriots QB Tom Brady and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, broke ground on yet another aspiringly French mansion, this one on 5.2 acres in Brookline, Massachussetts. Feeling curious about the state of greater Boston's upcoming enormous, Richard Landry-designed megamansion, the Boston Globe checks in on the couple's construction progress via arial photograph, and finds things looking pretty as punch at the new home of the Brady-Bündch.

According to Variety, plans for the 14,000-square-foot home indicate "formal living and dining rooms, a wine storage room, a yoga studio and a library with an interior balcony that apparently and unconventionally overlooks the couple's state-of-the-art fitness room."
