Wellfleet's Most Expensive Listing Returns for $5.6 Million

The Outer Cape's priciest single-family listing, a swoon-worthy spread by way of Wellfleet, probably looks familiar. While the abode lacks the sort of stratospheric asking price to make it onto our recent map of the Cape & Islands most expensive listings, 95 Granny Treats Road has starred as a PriceSpotter. This week, the listing returns to market with a new broker and a new price tag.

For the moment, the new listing lacks interior photos, but you can check out the previous broker's shots from when the place was the star of our weekly asking price guessing game here. To refresh, the 6,900-square-footer was built in 2004 and has 14 rooms with 7BR, 6.5BA on 1.71 acres. Here's how the new brokerbabble sums up the swoon-worthy spread:

A national WSJ House of the Year 2014 Award contender, this NY-architect-designed home overlooking the Atlantic is simply extraordinary. Inspired by Prairie & Asian Styles and atop a private bluff in world-renown Cape Cod National Seashore, the 7000sf home offers breathtaking views and easy access to Cape Cod's most dramatic shorelines and treasured environments. Focused planning, innovative design and flawless construction have produced a sophisticated coastal residence for the iconoclastic lifestyle. With multiple living areas on three levels, the residence offers spectacular ocean views; indoor/outdoor spaces flow beautifully, and expansively accommodate multiple families, guests and entertaining. Close to world-class sightseeing, cultural and recreational destinations; this striking residence is a destination unto itself.Previously, all of the above could be yours for $5,850,000. After meeting with the PriceChopper, the National Seashore stunner is asking $5,600,000.
