After over four years on the market, Detroit's famed Van Dusen Mansion has finally sold for $739,900. Built in 1922 for Kresge president (that's essentially today's Kmart) Charles Van Dusen, the 10,000-square-foot estate boasts a walnut-paneled great hall, a ballroom, and billiard rooms, and will likely be one of the most expensive homes sold in the city this year.
