Sold Stuff

Detroit's midcentury coop by modernist great Ludwig Mies van Rohe is once again in contract, having just sold for $165K. That may sound like a paltry sum, but keep in mind this is in the place where mansions struggle to sell for $900 and houses are auctioned off for $1,000. Photos, of course, are right this way.
