Ski Housing

Housing shortages are a serious problem for ski bums across North America, but Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is trying to combat the problem with a new housing development called Powderhorn Drive. The 2.32-acre parcel is currently under construction with the first round of units expected to be completed by Thanksgiving. Rents are expected to be in the mid-$500 range, which is well below the average of most ski towns. [Jackson Hole Property Guide, Curbed Ski, previously]
