Vince Vaughn Relists Playboy-Approved Penthouse for $14.9M

Word has it that fast talkin' funny guy Vince Vaughn has just relisted his five-bedroom triplex penthouse in Chicago's landmark Palmolive Building, which is undoubtedly the sparkly jewel in his otherwise slightly dull real estate crown. Back in August 2011, the Wedding Crashers actor hoisted the 12,000-square-foot penthouse on the market for a bold $24.7M, hoping that the new floor he added—plus a swanky game center, media room, and full bar—might sway a buyer into paying more than twice what he did in 2006. Now asking a (relatively) discounted $14.9M, the listing, which once served as Hugh Hefner's original Playboy office, is still the "the most supreme bachelor pad ever," according to Curbed Chicago. The home has yet to be publicly listed, but do stay tuned.
