Tour a Knockout Bay Area Tudor That Just Scored $22.8M

After bouncing on and off the market for four years, during which time its price was lowered by over $6M, Hillsborough's storied, expansive tudor estate known as House-on-Hill has sold for $22.8M. Built in 1932 for banking heir Celia Tobin Clark and owned by her family for the next 60 years, the mansion was last sold in 1992 for a measly $3.5M.
