Over in the Fresh Prince town of Bel-Air, one manor is asking nearly three times the sum it sold for not two years ago. In the time since it last traded hands (for $6.475M), the estate, according to brokerbabble, underwent a "multi-year restoration & expansion," which, it seems, is supposed to justify its current $18.95M ask. It's a bold move, but, then again, starry-eyed listing prices are having themselves a bit of a moment. [Curbed LA; previously]
