Which Mashpee McMansion Would You Swing For?

Imagine you have around $2,300,000-$2,400,000 to spend on the Mashpee pad of your dreams (oh, just pretend) and you've narrowed it down to two golf course abutting McMansions. How do you make up your mind? Simply shove them into a virtual cage and let the Real Estate Deathmatch begin! Polls are open all weekend; we'll post the results on Monday. May the odds be ever in your McMansions favor.

This week, Mashpee's Willowbend and New Seabury face-off in a Real Estate Deathmatch pitting seven chandeliers from Italy against complete home automation; seven bedrooms against four; and "Mediterranean flair" against energy efficiency (we should probably put that in quotes as well).

Address: 17 North Glen Drive, Mashpee
Asking: $2,400,000
Size: 7BR, 6BA in 6,809-sq.-ft.

Address: 65 Troon Way, New Seabury
Asking: $2,300,000
Size:4BR, 5FBA, 3HBA in 4,700-sq.-ft.
The Skinny:Built in 2014, here's a Contemporary "on the 10th fairway of the Championship Golf Course at New Seabury encompassing the finest millwork, complete home automation, and 100% energy efficiency." Outside, the .56 acre spread features a salt water pool, patio and pool cabana. The lower levels has over 2,000-sq.-ft. of finished space with a home theater, gym, au pair suite, and storage.
