Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is causing quite the neighborhood drama with his $10M "fixer-upper." (Side note: $10M homes can be fixer-uppers in San Francisco.) Curbed SF writes the "usually quiet neighborhood" has been "buzzing with the sound of chainsaws" for the past 17 months. Sidewalks have been torn up, 'No Parking' signs have cropped up suddenly, and the project is under 24-hour security. Still, neighbors are cautious to complain: "It's hard to talk about it without sounding whiny or like the wealthy need to be punished just because they have money."
