Spotted this morning on Curbed SF's roundup of beautiful recent listings: a Victorian offering that's equal parts stately and, quite frankly, cute enough to eat with one of those little gelato "spoons." Anyway, the offering, an epitome of renovated California Victorians, comes with the usual leaded glass windows and intricate millwork, but also less-than-original features like a sub-zero fridge, limestone flooring, and, generally, an interior as crisp as a well-starched table napkin. The two-bedroom asks $1.249M.
