Jason Derulo Will Sing His Own Name Alone in This Mansion

Proving that sometimes not even 10,000 roses can keep a relationship from falling apart, Jason Derulo, the suave crooner known for such seminal classics as Talk Dirty to Me and Wiggle, and his girlfriend, one-time American Idol Jordin Sparks, have called it quits. The news is extra sad when you think of Derulo alone in his huge Southern Florida mansion, a spread that has far too many Romeo and Juliet balconies for someone without a Juliet. Last summer Derulo dropped $1.75M on the spread, which not only has got plenty marbled surfaces to echo his voice as he sings his own name, but also 11,500 square feet of beige, nine bedrooms, and siting on a nature preserve.
