Provincetown's Priciest Condo Just Got $100K Cheaper

It seems that perfectly placed pillows are not enough to keep the PriceChopper away from Provincetown's priciest condo.

Unit 4 debuted on the market in September 2013 looking for $1,899,000. That hefty $1,960 per-square-foot ask made this West End abode the most expensive condo in town. In the initial listing photos of the free-standing waterfront digs, the space was unfurnished, but the 969-square-footer was eventually staged (hello, artificial topiaries!) and new photos replaced the bare bones originals. Alas, after nearly a year without a buyer, the PriceChopper has decided to visit and bring the ask down to $1,799,000.
