Actress and perpetual estate-shuffler Reese Witherspoon just unloaded a wee slice of her real estate portfolio—and luckily for those fans of mock-Mediterranean SoCal properties still hoping to stumble upon a spare $10M, it wasn't her beautiful Brentwood estate recently featured by Vogue. The Real Estalker reports that the Legally Blonde actress sold the lot adjacent to this house, a swatch of land in Brentwood, Calif., for $3.55M. Witherspoon, who is kept busy by her new SoCal abode in Pacific Palisades and her fixer-upper in Nashville, is still (as far as can be discerned) trying to unload the mansion next door to the lot for some $10.5M.
