Taos Ski Valley just announced that they are buying the Bavarian Lodge & Restaurant, a well-loved, European-style hotel that's been owned by Tomas and Jaime Schulze for 20 years. The couple will continue to manage the restaurant and hotel while ownership transfers to Taos Ski Valley.
