Here to prove just how far archibabble can be stretched is this so-called SK Ranch "in the Texas hill country," which is actually just about as far from the average dude ranch as can be. Designed by NYC-based firm Sara Story Design and built by local Lake|Flato Architects, the luxe spread offers a glassy main house, a "guest retreat" that has it's own wine grotto, a tennis pavilion, and a pool house, all situated on 10 acres of property (with nary a flock of cattle in sight.) Inside, the place boasts "a truly stellar contemporary art collection" in the double height living room and massive dining room and enough open, airy space. Take a slick, modern tour, below, then head over to Design Milk for more photos.
