Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, whose wheelings and dealings in the world of New York real estate are closely watched and whispered about to no end, have once again listed their Greenwich Village townhouse, this time for a reduced $22M. First offered for $25M two years ago, the five-bedroom abode was bought by the couple for $19M in 2011, after which they undertook some light renovations. There's better photos and better decorating this time around, which is fun, but seeing as they never moved in, that may not have been Broderick and SJP's choice of chic striped miniature teepee in the kids' room.
